Review: ToyJoy Diva
Although I recently wrote that so-called imitators of oral sex had disappointed me, my subconscious had a different opinion. So when I was buying new toys to spice up my summer vacation, she forced me to buy a ToyJoy Diva clitoral vibrator.
I look forward to the summer months not only because of the pleasant, warm evenings, picnics, better taste of wine, and walking around the apartment only in underwear and a stretchy T-shirt but also because of the promotions that online erotic shops offer. So although I didn't feel that real excitement this year, I had to buy something new for my summer soul.
I didn't want to be disappointed, so I ticked off dildos and classic vibrators from the list. I also avoided anal plugs and rabbit vibrators because I have enough of them (I wanted to try out the new Sona, but I wasn't willing to deduct too much money for just one toy). Instead, I focused on clitoral vibrators. It didn't take me long to come across the ones I wanted to feel between my legs. One of them was also Diva.
I got the package in record time. The following day I was already holding the box in my hands. After a brief review of the content, I found that Diva is not among the ordered vibrators, although I was most looking forward to it. While I waited to get it, I had fun with another clitoral vibrator. I agreed with the store without any problems, and a few days later, I received the vibrator I was waiting for. Unfortunately, the period of my home alone time was over, so the vibrator had to wait for my vacation in the mountain.
On my first day in Bohinj, I finally had the opportunity to try this oral stimulator. After a refreshing shower, I sat down on the bed and looked at the product packaging. On the back, I learned everything I needed to know before use. Like most tested vibrators, Divo is covered in soft silicone. It is supposed to be easy to use as it has only one button, by pressing which you switch between different vibration powers and patterns. Although I know that charging the toy with the included magnetic cable before the first use would be good, it was not explicitly written anywhere, so I didn't care a hoot this time.
Besides the black silicone, the rose-gold plate made of ABS plastic also gives Diva an elegant look. At the top of it, we can find a single button with which we do everything. It's hard to miss it as it's white and therefore slightly spoils that sleek look the toy promises. At the bottom of the oval toy are magnets to charge the toy, and at the opposite pole rests in depth a silicone tongue to stimulate the clitoris. Although I concluded from the instructions that the toy needs three seconds of prolonged pressure to turn it on, this is not true. When you gently press the power button, the light turns on, and the tongue goes wild. It's different when you turn it off - Diva needs some more time to turn it off.
Even though I thought the vibrator was a little too loud for the hotel, I couldn't resist anymore. Just in case, I closed the balcony door and took comfort in the additional sound insulation advertised by the hotel. I rolled into bed, turned the Diva on, and leaned it against my clitoris. It almost catapulted me out of bed. The first stage of vibration was so strong that an uncomfortable feeling between the legs was inevitable. I pulled it away, inhaled, exhaled, and put Diva back again, but on edge, not directly on the clitoris. That way, I bought some time for the peach to warm up. I kept getting closer and closer to clit. This time the feeling was not bad. Still intense, but just right. As my orgasm overtook me, I left the testing of higher and stronger vibration levels for the next day.
The following day my peach was ready for a new orgasm. Half asleep, I felt the toy with my fingers, turned it on, and carried it between my legs. Since the vibrator seemed louder than the day before, I preferred to cover myself. The first stage didn't surprise me this time, so I pressed a button. I got to the second level, which seemed like a fifth. An uncomfortable, painful sensation returned. I insisted because I knew that at some point, it would turn into a pleasant feeling. Expecting the third level to be like trying out the tenth, I pressed the button again.
Contrary to my expectation, there was not such a big difference between the two levels. It is followed by four patterns: three pulsating and one wavy. These are not as strong, and you can breathe easier. I went back to the second level. I took a quick look at the vibrator, and the silicone tongue went on and on like crazy. Since Diva was even louder at this stage, I put it back on my clitoris. The awkward feeling returned, which soon turned into a pleasant one with some movement of the toy. My eyes were already filling with tears; a few moments later, another orgasm came.
Because it is waterproof, I also tried it in the shower. The sound is more muffled but still loud. As if holding a colossal vibrator and not just a barely ten-centimeters-long toy. The vibrations are not weaker despite the water, but the feeling is better, so I recommend using a lubricant even on dry land.
ToyJoy Diva is a good clitoral vibrator, but they should slightly adjust the vibration levels and volume. Only then could I say that the toy mimics oral sex exceptionally well.
