Review: Svakom Connexion Series Phoenix Neo
The image of the vibrator on the packaging was inviting. A minimalist pink product with a unique shape was asking me to give it a try. And so, Svakom Connexion Series Phoenix Neo was chosen in the first wave of my toy testing.
As I pulled it out of the box, I got surrounded by that uncomfortable feeling I always had when I took the bullet vibrator in my hands. It got even bigger when I saw that the vibrator in front of me is very similar to Flamingo. An insertable part, a soft neck, and a small hard end that you could also imagine as a phoenix head with a button to switch between vibrations.
Still, Svakom Phoenix Neo seemed different from the bullet vibrators I've tried so far. The insertable part was designed differently. Towards the end, the insertable part gets bigger, which is supposed to create more pressure on the G-spot. The wrinkled structure on the upper side is also intended for additional stimulation.
This toy's big advantage is the storage bag that comes with the vibrator, USB charging cable, and instructions manual. Although its design is supposed to make it memorable enough, the novelty is that you can manage Neo through the application. I've learned from past experience that you have to be careful with such innovations because they can let you down when they really shouldn't, and you find it better to manually operate the vibrator.
It was the first vibrator I wanted to try that day. I had the will, I had the desire. In other words, every inch of my body was screaming for pleasure. Unfortunately, the vibrator was not ready as I was. I held the power button on the phoenix head for a long time. Since there was no effect, it started to seem to me that its battery was empty, and I was right. I changed my plans, found another vibrator, and quickly plugged Svakom's charging cable into the socket.
After two hours of charging, the toy was finally ready for the test. On the other hand, I was a little tired after reaching orgasms multiple times in the meantime, but I still had some reserves. I covered the vibrator in lubricant and inserted it into the peach. It went smoothly and without complications; only the neck was loose, and it felt weird on my clit. I pressed the button on the toy again, and it vibrated gently. When I had enough of the foreplay and wanted some more intense vibrations, I pressed the power button again, and to my great surprise, I got to the first pattern. Pressing the button again and again and again, I was trying to find something more potent, but unfortunately, I wasn't that lucky.
Of the eleven programs available, the first (just simple vibrations, no patterns) and second impressed me the most. The feeling inside the peach was full; I felt it a little less on my clitoris. So little that even after ten minutes of use, I wasn't even close to orgasm. When I was already reaching the edge, I got pulled away - many times. I experienced the orgasm when I pressed the vibrator's neck to my clit. It came in a flash.
The next time I tried it, I used the Svakom on my phone. I started the same as the first time, then picked up the phone. The toy and the phone are connected in five seconds. On the home menu, you can choose from four categories: Play, News, Products , and About. Of course, I was most interested in the first one. Clicking on it gives you five new options:
- Free touch (you can create different vibrations and patterns by sliding your finger over the screen)
- Set modes (you can choose from existing programs and adjust their power)
- Music Mode (vibrates in the rhythm of music or sounds from the surroundings)
- Remote Mode (partner controls the toy with their phone; this Mode also allows recording)
The first option seemed the most interesting to me, as you can create and control the vibrations yourself. However, if you don't want the vibrations to get weaker, you can't stop sliding. My fingers were getting tired already, so I had to end the party. As a consolation prize, I chose Set Mode and re-encountered the programs offered by the toy, only here you can also control the strength of the vibrations, which I thought was good, but even the strongest ones were not enough to bring me to the climax again. I didn't pay much attention to the music, as I didn't figure out how to get it to a stronger vibration. It all seemed the same to me, no matter what type of music I was listening to.
When I first read the instructions manual and saw that the toy also offers recording, I was thrilled with the novelty and was looking forward to try it out. I pressed the Remote Mode and waited as required. Since absolutely nothing happened for a long time, I turned off the app and turned it on again. I repeated the exercise, entered the name, and got the code with which the other person obtains access to control the toy. Although there were some initial problems, everything went smoothly from now on. The partner can choose from already existing vibration patterns and adjust their strength.
Videos and other games with a partner require another, more advanced app, FeelConnect3. For the app to work smoothly, you need to create an account, as guests cannot have access to all the functions. I was having trouble registering a user account, so I deleted the app and tried again. This time it went through, but I ran into another obstacle. The toy did not respond to commands through that application. So, unfortunately, I could neither connect with the one on the other end of the world nor test the cameras.
lightly disappointed but still longing for an orgasm, I continued to use one program in the application in further tests of the Svakom Connexion Series Phoenix Neo vibrator. I was only using the maximum power and helped myself coming to the edge with my fingers on my clitoris. It is convenient to use while showering and playing with your partner as it is very quiet.
The app and the toy promise a lot at first glance, but both are imperfect. Apps are built from a good base, but they haven't come up with anything awe-inspiring. The toy is also beautifully designed, quiet, and offers a feeling of fullness, but at Svakom, they turned a deaf ear to those of us who need stronger vibrations. With Phoenix, you can get to orgasm, and it works better than the bullet vibrators tested so far, but it is still far from perfect.
