"Great! Another toy similar to Magic Motion Flamingo!"

This was my first response when I looked at the packaging of the Elity Anura. It was a scream of sarcasm, not enthusiasm. Since I have tried Magic Motion Flamingo, I've been a little afraid of bullet vibrators. But this time I messed it up. Again.

When I opened the packaging, I saw exactly what I was expecting: a storage bag, instructions for use, which I had already placed closer to the trash can, a charging cable, and an erotic toy with a long, wobbly neck. I wasn't exactly in the mood for a lousy orgasm at the time, let alone not experiencing it. But that's precisely what happened - I didn't experience an orgasm, but a good workout. 

Good thing I didn't throw the instructions in the trash. I found out that I need to represent the little device to my phone. I turned on Anura, turned on the Bluetooth connection on my phone, loaded the Magic Kegel app, and was ready for new challenges. Without a tracksuit, T-shirt, and pillow, I started exercising in the comfort of my bed.

Before the first official start, I mentally prepared myself for the disrupted connection between the phone and the erotic toy, but they connected without any problems. The application offers six programs of Kegel exercises:

• Entry-level
• Honeymoon
• Planning a baby
• New mom
• Muscle Recovery
• Hot lover

Each program offers four levels: entry, middle, high, and master level. You will never really run out of exercise. Each level lasts 14 days. As a beginner of Kegel exercises with a vibrator's help, I opted for a beginner program. And as it turned out, I apparently also encountered the phone volume control button after a week of exercises when I was almost giving up, thinking something was wrong with the app. 

So when you decide on a program to follow, the number of daily recommended repetitions of one Kegel exercise rhythm, consisting of alternating muscle contractions and pauses of varying lengths, appears on the screen. And you can start. I was squeezing a toy from all sides; however, it was vibrating just occasionally. I thought the toy's reaction was poor, so I did my best. I tried it in a sitting position, while lying down on my back and on my side, in standing position. It wasn't until a week later that I realized that vibrations are not a reward for squeezing, but a sign of when we need to squeeze and how long we need to hold on. If only I had turned on the sound of my phone sooner. And when you figure that out, it becomes enjoyable.

I soon switched from an Entry-level to Hot Lover. The program is more extended and has significantly less rest between different muscle contraction intervals. Just as one suffers for beauty, one must also suffer for better sex. Joke aside, it's not really about suffering, but about a soft squeezing of muscles that we often forget about.

You need to do at least four repetitions, and your daily goal will be met. You can see how much you have done for your body in the statistics that application offers. On the "Me" button, you can see the prizes won, adjust the Elity Anura vibrations' power, and set a reminder to train your pelvic floor muscles.

On the "Discover" button, you can read quick instructions for use, set your menstrual calendar, and, one of my favorites, start a little fire between your legs by pressing the Fun button. After the workout, you can have an orgasm. Unfortunately, this was not my case. Despite the six modes of vibrations, I failed at this task. The neck was too weak and did not stimulate my clitoris.

Elity Anura is extremely quiet. I usually do exercises while writing articles, and if the phone didn't remind me, I wouldn't even know I was wearing it. It is also easy to insert and does not cause any problems during movement. You can also use it in the shower—first, exercises, then orgasm, and a relaxing evening on the couch. 

Although I doubt that Elity Anura would not work, this is not just a vibrator, but it helps you have a better sex life with Kegel exercises. The app is straightforward to use, the connection to the phone works flawlessly. The toy is soft and adapts nicely to the body. You can exercise and reach an orgasm. Now, off to work - five minutes of exercise and then sleep. At least for me.
